Why we set up Atlas.
Dubai has thousands of property brokers — and almost as many horror stories. Projects oversold. Rental returns inflated. Agents who vanish the moment the deposit clears.
We'd seen the industry from the inside for years, across both the UAE and UK markets, and we knew clients deserved better. So we set up Atlas to be the opposite: a boutique brokerage where every client deals directly with a founder, gets straight, fact-based advice, and is still looked after long after the sale.
We don't push whatever launched this week. We get to know you first — what you want the property to do, your budget, your timeline — and then we recommend the few options that genuinely fit. If something isn't right for you, we'll tell you.
The aim is simple: relationships that last longer than a single transaction. It's why so many of our clients buy with us more than once, and why most of our new business comes from referrals.

Driven by numbers that make sense, Jack makes sure every investment stacks up before he recommends it.
